This is one of my favorite Jen Wagner projects (and I’ve been invited to several classes over the years and it is always fun!).  If you teach PK-30 join this project,  All the directions and registration is here.  The project runs from October 22 to the 31st.

The OREO project

So how high can you stack OREOs?  Your class can share your results with classrooms around the world.  The project includes a variety of related projects.

How many seeds in your pumpkin?

If you have students (PreK-3), this fall project is for you.  All you need is a small pumpkin and a class of students.  Your students will estimate (and then count) the number of seeds in your pumpkin.  Jen Wagner has also shared a variety of related activities.  Register here for this project (runs from October 26 to 31).
