Make Beliefs Comix

This blog post from Richard Byrne (Free Technology for Teachers) reminded me about the Make Beliefs Comix site and their wonderful ebooks. Here you will find many suggestions for using comics in your classroom.
By revisiting the site, I realized you can now create a free account (so you can save and retrieve your work!). Since the email address is optional, I would not have your students submit this information. Instead, I would collect student usernames and passwords.

Google Tour Creator

If you have seen the tours created in Google and need a little motivation- check out Alice Keeler’s post here.  It will give you ideas and support to use this tool with your students.

Templates for Teachers

Templates are a great way to jump-start a variety of projects.  On
Templates for Teachers (created by  Sarah Kiefer and Beth Kingsley), you will find
a wide range of templates.  Use the search filters(age, audience, application)
or just browse through the collection.  You can either share the link or
use the template then make a copy for your students (I would distribute via Google
Classroom).
The image above shows two examples.
