A Yelp review of what?
Yelp reviews are everywhere- so let your students in on the fun. Matt Miller (Ditch That Textbook!) has shared a great Google Slide template (along with directions) for your use. In a recent email, he explained that Yelp reviews are not just for businesses. He suggested inventions, reflections, and revolutions- there are endless ideas.

So what can you do with a Wakelet?
Alice Keeler shares several teacher ideas for Wakelet. It has been the only curation site (and there have been many) that has worked for me. It saves everything and is easy to use and share. Sayreville University utilizes Wakelet for our professional development material and I use several for personal projects. If I’ve spoken to you about EduProtocols I probably shared my Wakelet resource (image above).

We all need a little help (but do we ask?)
Asking for help is not always easy to do. Stephen Noonoo mentions in his Edutopia blog post, teachers have some of the same reasons as students for not looking for support. ( I know I always want to appear independent and able to operate on my own). He lists several concrete steps to help new teachers overcome their concerns as well as provides resource suggestions.
