Voicethread and Storybird

This week I saw a blog post from Voicethread.  It talked about creating a Voicethread project using Storybird as the image.  Here is a sample I created- I would love to work with your class on this project. The video with the post walks you through the process.

Voices from first grade

  Mary Desmond shared this extraordinary Voicethread about our community.  Team 4-3 (Tutela, Schreier, MacDonald, and Brown) created the artwork, comments, and recorded this Voicethread chronicling our community. We've been accepted to the VoiceThread LIbrary

At the end of last year, Mrs. Fleschner’s class produced a Voicethread based on the Ellis Island immigrant experience (posted here).  I submitted this project to Voicethread for their digital library -and it was accepted!  Please click here for the entire lesson on the Voicethread site (it is under social studies).
